THE RIGHT LOT
Based on the required building footprint, and your budget, we search for suitable lots.
As part of our due diligence, we will design and Engineer Plan (to scale) for each potential lot we show you.
Prior to closing, we will obtain preliminary Engineering and Home Plan approvals from the local governing agency to verify the lot will accommodate your home.
After closing on a lot, we will help interview local home builders and guide you through the construction process.
When your home is ready, we will help you sell your existing home, with special sales terms that will give you the flexibility to move into your newly built home when it is ready.
